We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Kai Manaaki to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a kaupapa Māori environment, values meaningful relationships, and brings positivity and a sense of humour to their work.

In this rewarding position, you will support Tangata Whaiora to live fulfilling and active lives within their communities. You will work alongside individuals to identify and achieve their aspirations, supporting pathways to wellbeing through employment, friendships, cultural and spiritual connections, and strengthened whānau relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working with Tangata Whaiora and people experiencing mental health and addiction challenges.
• A qualification in Mental Health and Addictions, or a related field is essential.
• Strong networks and established relationships within the mental health and addictions sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience using client management systems is beneficial.
• The ability to quickly learn new tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
